Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-07-20. These terms govern use of untilum.com, operated by Carrot UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Munich (see Impressum).

1. What this site is

untilum.com presents the Untilum Protocol (TSP): its RFC series, wire specifications, conformance status, and related project information. It is an informational site, not the capsule product itself — that lives on a separate domain and carries its own terms.

2. The protocol documents

The RFC series and wire specifications referenced from this site are published underCC-BY-4.0(per RFC-0008 §6 of the protocol's own governance rules). That license governs the documents themselves; these Terms govern your use of this website.

3. No warranty

Information on this site is provided "as is", to the best of our current knowledge, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular, we make no warranty that the Untilum Protocol is free of defects or that any implementation of it is fit for a particular purpose. The protocol's threat model, including its known limitations, is documented honestly in the RFC series itself (see RFC-0002, Threat Model) — that document, not marketing language on this site, is the authoritative statement of what the protocol does and does not guarantee.

4. Not investment advice

Content on the Investors page, and anything provided after requesting data-room access, is informational only. It is not an offer or solicitation to invest, and nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Any investment decision is made solely at your own discretion and risk, based on your own due diligence.

5. External links

This site links to external resources we do not control, including the protocol's source repository. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites. See the Impressum for the full liability statement regarding linked content.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Munich.

This page is a working draft prepared for legal review, not a finished legal opinion.
